Bison Sliders

Looking for something fun, easy and delicious to cook on the BBQ tonight? Try cooking up Bison sliders !

I was looking for something fun to cook on the BBQ, so I took a trip to Costco to see if anything caught my eye. Sure enough I saw some all natural ground Bison and some Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls and well...the two just went together and I thought Buffalo Sliders!

Lean Ground Bison and Kings Hawaiian original Sweet Rolls make the perfect slider.

These were super easy to make, just season the ground bison with some garlic salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, make some extra small patties and throw them on the grill.

Make some small bison patties and put them on the grill

Add pepper jack, or cheese of choice when ready

When they are ready, place each patty between a Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Roll and your sliders are ready to eat!
