Wild Turkey Teriyaki is a simple and delicious recipe for your wild turkey harvest.
Read till the end for a great hack to impress your guests!

I got my first wild turkey this spring, and just recently had the opportunity make a meal with it. I decided for my first recipe I would try Turkey Teriyaki, and it turned out amazing!
Ingredients
Wild turkey breast, cut into strips
Mr. Yoshida’s Teriyaki Marinade (enough to fully coat the turkey strips)
Cooked rice, for serving
Salad (your favorite side salad)
Pot stickers (optional but recommended)
Teriyaki sauce and Sriracha, for serving
Prepare & Marinate your turkey: Cut up the Turkey breast into strips and marinate in Mr. Yoshida's Teriyaki marinade for at least 8 hours. Place the strips in a zip lock bag, pour in Mr. Yoshida’s Teriyaki Marinade, seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (overnight is even better).

Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the turkey from the marinade and grill the strips until fully cooked and nicely caramelized.

Serve: Plate the grilled turkey over rice with a side salad and pot stickers. Drizzle with extra teriyaki sauce and a bit of Sriracha for that sweet-heat kick I love (just like I do with teriyaki chicken).

Thas it! Simple, Easy & delicious!
Impress-Your-Guests Hack: If you’re not the most confident cook but still want to wow someone, here’s a great shortcut: Go to your favorite teriyaki spot and order a dinner with no meat, just the rice, salad, pot stickers, and any other sides you like. Then serve it with your grilled wild turkey teriyaki strips on top instead of the usual chicken. It looks and tastes like you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did! Hope you enjoy this recipe with your next wild turkey.
